RNA SEQUENCING
We use Next Generation Sequencing technologies that allow the analysis of total RNA (WTS), but also the specific analysis of coding RNA (RNA-seq) or microRNA (miRNA-seq).
SAMPLE PREPARATION
EXTRACTION
Extraction from the different matrices (eg blood, plasma, paraffin, fresh tissue and saliva) with kits optimized for the NGS analysis required.
QUALITY CHECK
We use the main tools for checking the quality and quantity of the extracted DNA, such as NanoDrop, LabChip and Qubit.
SEQUENCING
The library preparation protocol and the type of sequencing strictly depend on the purpose of the investigation.
