KATY uses Artificial Intelligence and Bioinformatics in the fight against cancer. KATY\u2019s artificial intelligence-based personalized medicine system is a state-of-the-art system in the field of new cancer treatments. It is built around two main components: a distributed knowledge graph (DGK) and a set of explainable artificial intelligence (XAIP) based prediction systems. The data organized through the distributed knowledge graph is used by prediction systems to derive the best therapy for the specific patient.
